An Invitation from The Duchess

Please accept a most gracious invitation from The Duchess to the first Virtual Rent Party. I know that the first 'hosts' were reluctant at first, so let's show them some virtual love. She's working on installing a chat room. Please bear with her; she's even less tech-savvy than I, bless her heart. I think this idea has great potential. These are hard times and we all need a little help at one time or another. Come on people now, smile on your brother... Oh!
